| What is my investment objective and how do I expect the market to perform? |

You expect prices to rise in a specific market or a particular stock and do not want all or part of your invested capital to be exposed to risk.
You would like repayment of a certain part or all of your investment to be guaranteed.

| Which product fits my needs? |
|
Protect Units give you the possibility of participating in the performance of a specific market or stock from a specific price level (Strike)
and simultaneously to protect your initial investment. Protect Units usually provide a guaranteed repayment (Floor) between 80% and 100%
of the issue price. The higher the selected protection level, the lower the exposure to the specific market or stock.
Protect Units combine a call option with a money market investment. On expiry there are two possible outcomes: If the price of the underlying
closes below the Strike you receive the guaranteed Floor in cash. Otherwise you receive a cash payment of the final calculated value of this product,
which is based on the participation level.

During the lifetime of the product the Protect Unit may trade below the Floor due to the compound interest calculation of the money market
component. But if you hold the Certificate until expiry the Floor will always be repaid in full.
Investments in derivative products involve particular risks. Interested persons should contact their financial advisor before investing in such products.

| Do I have to pay taxes on this product? |
|
|
As Protect Units are usually issued outside Switzerland Swiss investors do not have to pay any withholding or stamp taxes.
Nevertheless Swiss individual investors are required to pay income tax on the difference between the Floor and its present value at the time of the investment.

| Do I have to open an account at Banca del Gottardo to buy this product? |
|
No. You can buy our Protect Units from your bank.

| I am an American citizen. Can I buy this product? |
|
No. The products of Gottardo Financial Solutions may be bought by Swiss residents only. Further, they are not available to US persons. See our disclaimer for further details.

| Do I have to hold this product to maturity? |
|
No. Protect Units can be bought and sold at any time during their lifetime.
Nevertheless you should bear in mind that they can trade below the Floor prior to expiry.

| Which percentage of my invested capital is guaranteed? |
|
The Floor is calculated based on the issue price of the product. The Floor mentioned in the termsheet
at the time of the issue is therefore guaranteed on expiry.

| Where can I find current prices of this product? |
|
Quotes for this product are published on our website and in some Swiss newspapers.
