| What is my investment objective and how do I expect the market to perform? |
 |
|
You want to avoid the company-specific risks of investing in a single stock and therefore prefer to participate in a specific market or
country in order to optimize your diversification. Additionally, you expect prices in the selected market or country to rise. |

| Which product fits my needs? |
 |
Basket & Index Certificates are instruments that reflect the value of the underlying shares or indices. With these products you are able
to invest in the shares or markets of your choice through a single transaction, thereby lowering your transaction costs.
On the maturity date you receive the closing value of the index or the value of the share basket in cash.
|
| I am willing to accept the following risks |
 |
If the underlying shares or indices of the Basket & Index Certificate decline, the value of the certificate decreases commensurately.
Basket & Index Certificates entail similar investment risks to equity investments but the investment in a number of different equities spreads
the company-specific risk.
Investments in derivative products involve particular risks. Interested persons should contact their financial advisor before
investing in such products.
